Athlete Specific Training
Every athlete at PWI will receive a custom program designed to fit your individual needs. No athlete is the same, so no athletic program will be the same. Each workout will be designed and performed with a long term goal in mind. Every exercise has a purpose, and every set and every rep is directed towards a final goal.
Vertical Jump Program - Our athletic development specialist has created a vertical jump improvement program that has been performed and tested on ages from 12-55. It has yielded impressive results across the board.
In and Out of Season Programs
In-Season - Our athletic development specialist pays attention to your competition schedule and communicates with your coaches to ensure that you’ll be at peak performance when needed.
Out of Season - The off season is the best time to make physical gains and performance improvements. When you give us the time, we’ll give you a program that will have you prepped and more ready for your upcoming season than you’ve ever been.
Training that Fits
We offer one-on-one training as well as semi-personal sessions. Your trainer will maintain your personalized plan, walking you through techniques, form, and motivating you to push yourself to ever improving limits.
