Crisa is a graduate of University of Northern Colorado and has been a trainer at PWI for over 11 years. She enjoys working with a variety of clients from clients who have specific orthopedic needs, weight loss needs, and clients looking to stay healthy and build lean muscle. Crisa has various certifications aimed at clients with special orthopedic needs including back pain, hip pain, knee pain and ACL injuries.

Ryan has been an athletic development specialist in Northern Colorado since 2013. Before he started at PWI, he was obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University, where he competed on the Track and Field Team for four years. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a USA Track and Field Level 1 Certified Coach. While at the Performance and Wellness Institute, he has worked with over 1000 athletes, many of which have gone on to excel at the next level, reaching their dreams of playing their sports collegiately. Along with individual athletes, for the last 13 years he has worked with the 7-time 3A State Champion Eaton High School Volleyball team, as well as the two time State Champion Eaton High School Track team. Ryan has trained athletes in all major sports, and all ages from 7-93, in both individual and group settings.
